FAMILY ENCOUNTER WEEKEND SEMINAR.

Thanks be to GOD for letting us his instrument to add more families to His flock. NDCC had just held the Family Weekend Seminar #16 last May 17 -18, 2014  @ CICM Novitiate Seminary - Maryhills, Brgy Dolores, Taytay, Rizal with surprisingly had 10-families. Though there were lots of challenges, the F.E.W.S Ministry had done a lot of efforts to have a one-of-a-kind and an  unforgettable seminar for all participants and to Sponsoring Class as well..Congratulations to all.

SPIRITUAL PREPARATION is indeed so important to all Sponsoring Class as they have to unload some garbage and unnecessary luggage.

VISITA IGLESIA - 2014

       The pilgrimage started with the celebration of Holy Mass administered by Fr. Santos. It's good to see again those members who seldom showed up on community events and yet they were present and gave importance this day of our journey as self-penitence as Fr. Santos mentioned from his homily.

      The second part of pilgrimage is the stations of the cross with the help of some members who volunteer to share the part of their life which is related to assigned station of Passion of Christ.

   Fortunately, some of community elders are with us and NDCC members were so happy when they saw them and they were so amazed especially when Tito & Tita Ensong-Zeny mentioned that they completed their 54th year of marriage with trials, problems, troubles and miseries; yet they are here together as before with the help of the Lord.

     It's lunch time and we were surprised coz parish priest and parishioners of San Lorenzo Ruiz prepared tables and chairs for us.

     The highlight of the pilgrimage is to witness the 'Veneration of the Cross' & to experience the 'Touch the relic experience' as this is 'Once in a lifetime experience'. Some members felt the sacredness of that moment as their felt tears dropped when they touched the relic of the true Holy Cross of Jesus.

      Notre Dame Catholic Community is a non-profit, non-government religious organization under F.L.A. of  SJB Taytay Parish Pastoral Council, Diocese of Antipolo with the administration of Msgr. Arnel Lagarejos as NDCC Spiritual Director. We are conducting our seminars with the help from our members, relatives, and friends; because we believe the sacredness of the sacrament of matrimony and through these seminars we can continue our apostolic missions as laity. 

   

  All married couples of all ages who received their Holy Matrimony from church are welcome and be part of our community. We are here to help not only how to understand the importance of marriage but mainly how we accept our Lord as a center of our relationship and in our home.
